What we collect

When you contact us — by phone, form, email, or SMS — we collect the information you provide (name, phone, email, service address, notes). We also use standard web analytics (pageviews, referrer, device type) to improve the site. We don't track you across other websites.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your inquiry, schedule and complete work, send transactional updates (appointment confirmations, technician en-route, quote ready), and — if you opt in — occasional seasonal maintenance reminders. That's it.

What we never do

We never sell, rent, or trade your contact information. We never share lead data with third-party lead brokers. We never use your photos or address in marketing without your written permission.

SMS consent

If you opt into SMS, you'll receive transactional messages (appointment confirmations, technician en-route, quote ready). No marketing texts. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Msg & data rates may apply.

Cookies

We use minimal first-party cookies for site functionality and standard analytics. We do not use advertising / retargeting cookies. We respect Do Not Track signals.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you — at any time, by emailing service@chimneystandard.com. We respond within 5 business days.

Children

Our site and services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date above and post the new version here. Routine clarifying edits won't be flagged.
