The People Behind Chimney Standard
CSIA-certified inspectors, masonry specialists, and a support crew that answers the phone. Here's how the company is organized and the standard everyone on it works to.
The bar for joining our crew is high.
Certified
CSIA-certified technicians on the crew, working to NFPA 211 and the IRC venting code. Anything that requires a licensed professional — gas, electrical, or structural — is performed or signed off by one.
Owner on every job
The owner takes part in every project. You're not handed off to a rotating subcontractor crew that has never seen your chimney before.
Documented, not improvised
Every technician works the same written checklist and photographs what they find. The report you get is the record the crew worked from — not a summary written after the fact.
