Our Promise

1-Year Workmanship Warranty. In Writing. Transferable.

When we say 'guaranteed,' we mean it. Here's exactly what the warranty covers, what it doesn't, and how to claim it if you ever need to.

"If it's our work and it fails, we come back. Free."

Our warranty isn't a marketing phrase. It's a signed line item on your invoice. Keep it with your house records — it transfers to the next owner if you sell.

What's covered

  • Workmanship on every chimney repair, install, sweep, and inspection we perform
  • Materials we install (passed through from manufacturer warranties — 1 year minimum)
  • Re-inspections requested due to suspected workmanship issue
  • Warranty stays with the home — transferable to new owners free of charge

What's not

  • Damage from acts of God (storms, lightning, earthquakes)
  • Damage caused by third parties or DIY modifications after our work
  • Pre-existing structural issues outside the scope of the original job
  • Normal wear & tear consistent with chimney aging

These aren't us being cheap — they're standard industry exclusions. Independent insurance often covers many of these.

If something goes wrong

We schedule a re-inspection

Step 03

If it's our workmanship, we fix it at no cost. Period. Documented with photos again.

Have a warranty question right now? Don't wait.

Why this matters

Most chimney work has no warranty. Ours does.

Day-laborer subcontractor crews don't warranty their work. Out-of-state chains warranty it on paper but make claims impossible. We're local, we're licensed, and we sign next to a phone number we actually answer.
