Documented Projects, Published As They Finish.
Every job we run is documented — findings, photos, materials, and the written scope you approved. This page is where those write-ups get published.
We’re documenting our first projects.
Real photos and full write-ups go here as jobs complete and the homeowners approve them. We won’t fill this page with stock scenarios or numbers we can’t stand behind — if a project isn’t ours and documented, it doesn’t appear.
In the meantime, ask us for recent examples of the exact work you need. We’ll send photos and the written scope from jobs like yours.
What each write-up will contain.
The finding
What the inspection actually documented — creosote depth, a breached liner, a failed crown, a clearance violation — measured against NFPA 211 and the IRC venting code, with the photo behind it.
The diagnosis and scope
Why the finding happened, what the correct repair path was, and what we quoted in writing before anything was touched — including the options we ruled out and why.
The work and outcome
The materials and listings used, before-and-after photos from the job, and the re-check that confirms the fix. No estimates dressed up as results.
Get it inspected. Get it in writing.

24/7 Response
Chimney fire, storm hit, active leak, or a flue you're not sure about? We answer 7 AM to midnight and the assessment ends in a written safe-to-use verdict — including a do-not-use notice when the evidence supports one. After-hours dispatch runs subject to crew availability.
